Recently i found a site which provide call spoofing service to almost all countries www.crazycall.net .This service provide call spoofing service to many countries.Don't think this is free.This service will charge you international call rate.
This is how it works.Go to the url www.crazycall.net .Choose the country ,enter the phone number you want to display and enter the actual number you want to call.
Click Get me a code and the site will generate a number to call and a code for you.
Now you have to call that number from your mobile phone and when asked enter the code following with #.Your call will get connected to the number given and in the receiver end ,the incoming number will be the one which we you provided in the site.
This service will charge you international rates .So only try this if you are ready to spend some money.
